2. Custom Product Policy

All MemoryPrint products are custom-made based on customer-submitted images.

Because each item is personalized:

• All sales are final

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect

3. Photo Submission Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

• Clear, high-quality images

• Accurate details and instructions

• Correct spelling for any engraving text

MemoryPrint is not responsible for:

• Poor image quality affecting the final result

• Missing details not visible in submitted photos

4. Artistic Interpretation

MemoryPrint creates custom 3D interpretations, not exact replicas.

By ordering, you acknowledge:

• Final products may vary slightly from the original photo

• Artistic adjustments may be made to ensure structural integrity and print quality

5. Design Approval (if applicable)

For select orders:

• A preview may be provided before production

• Customer approval may be required

Delays in approval may affect production timelines.

6. Production & Processing Time

Production times vary depending on order complexity.

Typical timelines:

• Design: 3-4days

• Production: 3-4 days

Total turnaround time will be communicated when necessary.

7. Communication

MemoryPrint may contact customers via email for:

• Clarification of photos

• Additional details

• Approval requests

Customers are responsible for responding in a timely manner.

8. Shipping

• Shipping times vary based on location

• Tracking information will be provided when available

• MemoryPrint is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting images, you confirm:

• You have the right to use the image

• You grant MemoryPrint permission to use the image for production

MemoryPrint may use completed work for:

• Portfolio

• Marketing

• Social media

(Unless customer requests otherwise)

10. Limitation of Liability

MemoryPrint is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations

• Issues caused by poor-quality source images
